Core Values
We're a church for those who have given up on church but not God.

Create Acceptance
We believe in an environment of love and acceptance and that being critical of others has no place. Let's be honest… we've all done wrong and sinful things. Each of us is guilty and needs God's love and forgiveness, which is beautifully found in Jesus. Accepting others doesn't mean we must agree with them; instead, it's about embracing those created in God's image. That's why, with open arms, we will always look for ways to invite people from all walks of life.

Create Amazing
We embrace the idea that true excellence isn't about chasing unrealistic perfection; it's about giving God our best. We are committed to bringing our "A-Game" to everything we do, whether it's caring for people of all ages, communicating well, creating beautiful music, or serving others with warmth and kindness.

Create Relevancy
Hope City is committed to helping individuals experience the relevance of God and His Word. Although written centuries ago, the Bible's real-world principles and timeless truths for successful living remain unchanged. Just as Jesus did, we dedicate ourselves to conveying these truths clearly and accurately, ensuring they resonate with today's audience.

Create Community
We're not looking to be a place where people simply come together for an inspiring service and never go beyond casual connections. We want to grow by truly "doing life together." We believe that genuine community involves knowing others and being known, loving and being loved, celebrating and being celebrated, serving and being served.

Create Authenticity
We believe individuals cannot truly be themselves if they attempt to be someone else. As leaders, we strive to keep it real by acknowledging our own flaws and being gracious toward those of others. We think the best way to help others see their need for Jesus is to show that we need Him, too. That's why we're dedicated to being genuine and transparent while always upholding integrity in all our relationships.

Create Service
Jesus often defied conventional wisdom. He emphasized that serving others is the path to greatness and taught that true greatness comes from being selfless. His message revolved around the idea that life is not about us; rather, we are made to serve others.

Create Generosity
God is extraordinarily generous, and we aim to reflect Him by creating an environment of irrational generosity as we give our time, money, and talents to further the cause of Christ. This includes sharing the Good News, serving our community with kindness, and compassionately supporting ministries that help those in need.

Create Certainty
The Bible carries a profound message of life-changing transformation. Hope City welcomes individuals at any stage of their spiritual journey, whether simply curious about God's existence or fully committed to following Christ. We don't presume that everyone is familiar with or believes in the Bible, but we do assume that everyone who comes to Hope City is open to exploring it. We believe the Bible is perfect in its original writings, revealing God's character, will, and purpose while providing trustworthy answers to help us know God and succeed in life.

Create Simplicity
Many people are searching for simplicity in today's fast-paced and overloaded lives. Hope City offers a clear and down-to-earth style that eliminates barriers and enables individuals to grow in their faith journey. We often ask, "What's the simple next step you can take?"

CORE MISSION
Love God. Love Others. Change the World.

We Believe

God is even better, greater, and closer than we could ever imagine! Nothing in the universe “just happened.” God made it all… including you! Since God made us, it’s logical that he would want to communicate why. The Bible is God’s perfect guidebook for everything spiritual and life’s ultimate survival kit. Jesus is God revealing himself to us. Evil happens whenever people act independently of God and His ways. Our decision to follow our own path rather than God’s is called sin, and it separates us from God. The only way to restore our broken relationship with Him is through Jesus and the forgiveness He offers—an offer that must be accepted to be effective. Heaven and hell are real places. Death marks a beginning, not an end. Jesus is coming again.
